Mark your calendars! The KWF documentary is coming to West Stockbridge this fall and we're celebrating with a special viewing event.

Heirloom Lodge proudly welcomed and featured a culinary professional for KWF’s Spring Residency.

Taking the creative lead in our open kitchen, the selected chef, Hannah Wong, was supported by our skilled team and dynamic kitchen environment. With the freedom to fully explore her culinary vision, she delivered bold flavors, imaginative plating, and an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

She will return for one final collaborative meal alongside Heirloom Lodge chef proprietor, Matt Straus this Fall, following the premiere of a documentary that highlights the residency and the mission of the
Kitchen Work Foundation.

Tickets for this upcoming event are $300. All proceeds will go directly to the Kitchen Work Foundation and will fund the 2026 Residency Award.

Meet our 2025 Residency winner, Hannah Wong!

Hannah’s experience, longstanding dedication to cooking and to the restaurant industry, and a wonderful menu proposal separated her by a half-step from a handful of other terrific candidates.

Hannah’s work and her menu will be the focus at Heirloom Lodge from April 22 - 26, 2025, and dinner reservations are now open for that week.

The winner of this award was selected based on the strength of their menu proposal, resume, professional references, and interview.
